When an Incorrect Address Has Been Entered

When an incorrect address has been entered, the original order must be canceled and a new order submitted with the correct address information.

The following items can be updated (a new order is not required):

  • City
  • Zip
  • Unit #
  • Apartment #
  • Building #
The following items cannot be updated (new order is required):
  • Different address number needed
  • Input 63, but needs 67
  • Different street needed
  • Input 7th Street, but needs 77th Street, and so on
Examples:
  • Input Address: 1498 W US HWY 421
  • Correct Address: 1498 W US HWY 268
  • RE-ORDER
  • Input Address: 965 FOX HILL ROAD
  • Correct Address: 963 FOX HILL ROAD
  • RE-ORDER
  • Input Address: 230 44TH PL N, UNIT 1
  • Correct Address: 230 44TH PL N, UNIT 2
  • CAN BE UPDATED – DO NOT RE-ORDER
